Malthil

Malthil is a massive dire wolf and loyal companion to Packmaster Rethelros. They are fought as a duo in the first boss fight of Oathsworn Pit.

Malthil glows red, and a mark is placed on a nearby target, causing the wolf to focus on them specifically and dealing way more damage. This effect is temporary.

Blood Ties

Packmaster Rethelros and Malthil must be kept away from each other, or else they'll empower each other's strikes. This is indicated by massive red circles around both of them. The tank should pull the wolf away while the group deals with the archer.

Backstab

Malthil has a passive ability that causes it to deal 20% more damage when attacking the target's back.
