Blood-Hunter Hranach is a minotaur who can be found guarding his hoard at the base of a tower at Lost Valley Redoubt. There is a heavy sack at his camp, and a chest further up the tower. You can also find the Symbol of Uricanbeg here during the related quest. Defeating him is not necessary to finish the quest. He's significantly taller than the minotaurs down the hill to the west of his tower.
