Weynon Priory

Weynon Priory is a settlement and chapel southeast of Chorrol (quest-related).

The settlement, apparently sheltered and unremarkable, serves as a refuge for a secretive and influential faction. It is the setting for part of the main quest.

The settlement consists of three buildings (the house, the lodge, and the chapel), a small cemetery, a stable, and a sheep pen (with two sheep). The house is the main building, where free beds as well as Brother Jauffre, Prior Maborel, and sometimes Brother Piner can be found. The lodge is the small and unremakable residence of Eronor. The altar in the small chapel is like any other, and will heal you of any ailments; otherwise, a ladder to the roof leads to a pleasant view of the surrounding Great Forest, including Chorrol nearby to the northwest.

Notes[edit]

  • Near the start of the main quest, you can get a free horse when you ask for "assistance" from Prior Maborel; you can also claim the horse after Maborel's death.
  • Reynald Jemane was raised here after he was found next to the body of his mother by traveling merchants in the wilderness.
