About Time...

In retrospect, we should of had this page back in 2009 when we first came out with the blog. It would of solved a few problems relating to it, I would imagine. Regardless, we need to discuss a few things about it still. Mainly, the guidelines. I find that the ones I added make enough sense to work, but if anyone has further thoughts on the subject please voice them. One thing I left out was making it so that patrollers would be made bloggers by default, and administrators blog administrators. As we currently have several admins and patrollers with blog accounts, I wouldn't want to make them feel forced to help out by them just seeing that they're now a blogger or administrator there.

Besides that, the page also needs documentation on how to write a blog entry. The blog needs a bunch of things itself, but that's specifically what this page needs. I'll leave that for other discussions. --AKB ^{Talk Cont Mail} 20:53, 19 January 2013 (GMT)

I can take a few screenshots of the blog interface and draft a "How to post on the blog" or something to the effect in a sandbox, if you'd like. Considering how awful I am at coming up with good page names, and I don't think there are images of the blog, wiki, or forum interface to use as precedent for naming conventions, a hand with what you propose the page be called and an idea for how images would be sorted would be great, assuming you want one or two screenshots for demonstration purposes on the page? Personally, if naming is a big deal, any images I put up would be Blog-interface_1, Blog-interface_2, _3, etc. ES^{(talk•email)} 21:03, 19 January 2013 (GMT)
