Data Request[edit]
- (Discussion moved here from Nephele's talk page since it would have been much more appropriate to make a data request here than on multiple editors' talk pages)
Nephele, could you do me a favor and do a raw data dump of items in Tribunal, when you get a chance? I am building several tables now for Tribunal:Items and sub-pages, and the dump would help tremendously. I had to kill Hand Arnas Therethi, just to get the data for his Scimitar ;) Thanks, --Benould•T•C 19:54, 14 July 2008 (EDT)
- You need more information than what's already been dumped to Tribunal:Item List? If so, what numbers specifically are you looking for? --NepheleTalk 18:58, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
- Well, I need parameters, like Tribunal:Generic_Magic_Items, those are for Weapons: Base item, Weight, value, durability (health), speed, reach, damages, enchantments and charges. For Armor: Weight, value, durability (health), enchantments and charges. What ever you can automatically generate out of these values would be helpful. For other items, the Tribunal:Item List is probably sufficient. Cheers, --Benould•T•C 20:12, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
- Careful with the Tribunal:Item List page. A large percentage of what's on there are NOT items new to Tribunal, but just every item that can be found in the new areas added by the expansion, even if these same items can be found without the expansion. As such, they should not have pages or any kind of information listed in Tribunal space, as they're already covered in Morrowind space. Tribunal item pages should only describe items new to Tribunal. (Also included in this are the duplicates of all the artifacts that are used to display in the Museum. Again, artifacts new to Tribunal deserve a page, but not all the copies of Morrowind artifacts on that list.) This is one reason I'm pushing to have this page ultimately deleted. (The other one is that it's really ugly and not very informative.) I've already gotten the Morrowind pages of this type deleted, and the Bloodmoon one has prod'ed as well, now that we have the Bloodmoon item pages mostly completed. I'm waiting on this one until we have the Tribunal item pages up to the level of the others, but it will ultimately be phased out as well. (And the faster we get those Tribunal item pages up, the sooner it'll happen, hint hint.) --TheRealLurlock Talk 20:48, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
- Lurlock, I am certainly aware that there are many duplicates, and that they don't belong on pages in Tribunal. The hint, hint is basically what I am trying to do here, alas without access to the CS, I depend on the kindness of strangers ;) If you could do a select dump, Lurlock, that'd be fine, too, I can build the tables from either. I am just trying to avoid the piecemeal operation we had with Bloodmoon, and did not want Nephele to have to guess what is needed and what is not. --Cheers, Benould•T•C 00:06, 16 July 2008 (EDT)
- I have the CS, but no means of automatically generating any kind of list from it like you're asking. I've often gone through and compiled such lists manually, but if I were going to do that in this case, I'd probably just make the page while I'm at it. Alas, I don't have the free time to work on this sort of thing that I used to, so there's not a whole lot I can do. I do have some item lists I generated before that contains all the new stuff and only the new stuff, but it's just item names, no stats or anything. If you think you could use these, let me know, but I don't think it's exactly what you're looking for in this case. --TheRealLurlock Talk 00:49, 16 July 2008 (EDT)

Tribunal: Base Clothing[edit]
I'm pretty certain a base clothing page for tribunal does not exist on the UESP. Morrowind and Bloodmoon have them. If it does, it needs to be linked from here. — Unsigned comment by 71.127.137.13 (talk) on 3 November 2008
- There isn't such a page because Tribunal doesn't add any new "base" clothing. At least, I don't believe so. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 01:01, 4 November 2008 (EST)

- Sorry to respond to an old discussion, But Tribunal adds alot of new base clothing. Helseth's robe, Eno Romari's robe, some Common clothing (ex. High-Pockets the Wood Elf wears), the Blue Formal-looking clothing with the small cape, and some others. Lucky the Cat Guy. 16:37, 27 April 2009 (EDT)

- And sorry to shut it down again. Tribunal doesn't add any new "base" clothing. Helseth's Robe is a unique item and so is Romari's robe. High Pockets' clothing is standard Morrowind stuff (common_pants_06, common_shoes_06, and common_shirt_06) plus a ring of icegrip. I can't immediately find either robe, but they are still not BASE clothing. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 15:23, 27 April 2009 (EDT)

- Correct me if I'm wrong, but High-Pockets' clothing dosn't appear without the Tribunal expansion. Plus Romari's robe is named "Common Robe", but I guess that dosn't change anything considering theres only 1 ingame... Lucky the Cat Guy. 16:37, 27 April 2009 (EDT)

- No, you're absolutely right. We now have a shiny new Tribunal:Base Clothing page, plus new additions to Tribunal:Unique Items. Thanks for pointing it out, and sorry for pouring water on it at first! –Rpeh•T•C•E• 09:31, 30 April 2009 (EDT)
