Remas Thalothen at the Waterfront in Necrom

Remas Thalothen is a Dark Elf commoner and Kinsman of Great House Indoril who can be found at the waterfront in Necrom. He is apparently a descendant of House Thalothen, but his family had no claim to their wealth and thus became commoners.

He wears a common shirt, with matching pants, shoes, belt, and left glove. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

• Remas is the only NPC in either Morrowind or Tamriel Rebuilt with the last name Thalothen. By 'Councillor', he may mean Ereveri Thalotheran, who is mentioned in the White Book of 3E 426 and owns a quarry and a manor in Lan Orethan.
