Raris Oran, son of Councilman Atran Oran

Raris Oran is a Dunmer noble, and the son of Hlaalu Councilman, Atran Oran (as well as brother of Drolora). He resides in the manor at Oran Plantation in Aanthirin, in the private quarters. As befits a noble of his stature, he is well-armed, and carries an Adamantium Longsword and Adamantium Boots. An Adamantium Halberd is sequestered in his room.
