Pallatia Prentus is an Imperial merchant whose ship, the Glinting Moth, is docked outside the Hall of Tribute in Almas Thirr. She is a merchant captain of the East Empire Company vessel who appears to often carry Hlaalu cargo, with two frequent customers including Mundrethi Plantation and Oran Plantation. Following declining profits from the contract with Mundrethi Plantation (apparently impressed upon Pallatia by their thugs), the Imperial attempts to bargain a higher payment from Oran Plantation. It is this contractual dispute that you are sent to resolve during the quest Charter Enforcement.
