Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lissinia Bax about duties and teleportation errors.
2. Ask Barabus Inclodios in the Old Ebonheart Mages Guild about the teleportation errors.
3. Ask Ohmonir in the Vivec Mages Guild about the teleportation errors.
4. Ask Thazlorakis in the Firewatch Mages Guild about the teleportation errors.
5. Talk to Lissinia again.
6. Cast Mark inside the Narsis Mages Guild.
7. Cast recall.
8. Talk to Lissinia again.

Detailed Walkthrough

If you don't talk to Lissina again before casting recall she will be mad at you and lose 10 disposition.
