Mutra Llehervu, head of manor staff at Oran Plantation in Aanthirin

Mutra Llehervu is a Dunmer caretaker and head of manor staff at the Oran Plantation's manor house. She can be found on the east side of the manor's atrium. During the events of A Household Slave is Wanted, she will suggest a suitable candidate as foreman Dels Ravyn's new 'servant': the khajiit Khaasra in the servants quarters. She will be extremely pleased if you successfully induce Khaasra to take up the offer.

"I'm glad I don't have to see that cat's face under this roof anymore. A free Khajiit? What nonsense. Dels Ravyn will put her in her place, I'm sure."

Mutra is also involved in the quest Delivery of Wine, and will take a package of bracers from you in exchange for wine from Atran Oran's cellars. She notes that these will prove useful for a new shipment she is expecting from Black Marsh, implying that she is also in charge of the plantation's acquisition of slave labor.
