Mirisun Varen

Mirisun Varen is a Dark Elf guard and Lawman of House Telvanni who can be found in the office attached to the entrance of the Ranyon-ruhn mine. He is in charge of the everyday duties of the mine and the miners. The miners suspect he is part of a scheme to steal ebony from the mine, but a commendation from a previous employer for honesty and sense of duty makes that seem unlikely.

For armor, he wears a near-complete set of Telvanni mole crab armor: cuirass, greaves, boots, pauldrons, and bracers. For clothing, he wears only a pair of common pants. He wields a silver mace.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

"Master Mithras is the local Telvanni lord. You can find him in Tel Aranyon. Nevusa Lakasyn is our healer and Irele Nathryon our alchemist, their shops are here in the town. And if you are an investor you may want to talk to Azariah Thelas, he's in charge of the mine's treasury."

Isn't that touching? As a reward for your hard efforts, I had these two pieces of ebony set aside specially for you. Hope you're feeling up to carrying them, ha ha!" (Disposition up by 40, and you receive 2 Raw Ebony)

"That's more of an affectionate nickname now, thanks to you. And you know what? I kinda like it this way."

Alchemical Slander

• Greetings:

"What brings you to the mine, %PCRace?"

• Explain the situation.: "I see. Simeth's plan seems a bit awkward, but I'll help you. Here, take this and be careful; ebony's quite a heavy mineral. Be sure to bring it back to me when you're done, alright?" (You receive 1 Raw Ebony)

After Simeth's second plan fails:
