10		Sodreru Hlaalu, of the Sixth Family, is expecting a letter from the Family in Cyrodiil that she believes should have arrived by now. She asked me to look for it at the Census and Excise office, and informed me that I will only be rewarded for its retrieval if it hasn't been tampered with.
20		Lyndon at the Narsis Census and Excise office suggested that the letter from the Family could be caught up at the border. He recommended asking about it at Septim's Gate Pass. I can get there by taking the Purple Road west out of Narsis, either on foot or by hiring a guar cart.
25		The letter for Sodreru is being held at the Septim's Gate Pass Census and Excise office due to paperwork errors. The clerk responsible for it mentioned that she could be 'convinced to help things move along'.
30		I've managed to acquire the sealed letter from the Family, as well as the acompanying gifts.
100	Finishes quest	I delivered the sealed letter from the Family and accompanying gifts to Sodreru Hlaalu.
110	Finishes quest	I delivered the letter from the Family and accompanying gifts to Sodreru Hlaalu. However, since the seal on the letter was broken, she refused to reward me.
120	Finishes quest	As a result of the death of the clerk at the Septim's Gate Pass Census and Excise office, Sodreru Hlaalu believes that her letter will be even further delayed.
