Leile Guiscar

Leile Guiscar is a Breton trader and captain of the Elfmaid, a trading ship that often makes the trip between Llothanis and Old Ebonheart. Her ship is currently in Bal Oyra undergoing repairs after being damaged off the coast of Althoa, just to the northwest.

Although she is in charge of the ship, the repairs currently occupy her time, and she leaves details of the cargo to Asint.

She wears a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, and amulet. She carries 19 gold.

Aside from her natural bonus and resistance to magicka, and her ability to shield herself for short periods, she knows the following spells: Absorb Personality, Reflect, Spell Absorption, Vivec's Feast, and Weak Spelldrinker.

In her cabin, there is a key on the desk next to Leile which opens the door to her bedroom, where there is a copy of 2920, Sun's Height on her bed. There are also many Cyrodiilic and High Rock items that are seen rarely in Morrowind, including a bottle of rose oil perfume, a bottle of lily extract perfume, three bottles of Wayrest Spiced Wine, two cornflower plants, two foxglove plants, a Bjoulsae fur helm, and a Nerium rose flower in a redware pot.

Stranded Shipment

• Elfmaid's repairs:

"The Elfmaid was badly damaged in a storm as we crossed the nearby strait. I hired a local Dunmer, Nidril Tadare, to make repairs but he's proven to be untrustworthy. He left the work half-done and demanded I pay him even more to finsih the job. With Merlador backing out, this voyage has already become unprofitable. I won't be handing over any more coin. If you want that fabric shipment, go convince Nidril Tadare to finish fixing our ship. He should be loafing around in his house."

"You can find Nidril Tadare in his home, here in Bal Oyra. Convince him to finish the work that we agreed to."

"I'm glad to hear that Nidril Tadare will resume work. As unreliable as he is, he's still the best we can hope for in this backwater. Go talk to Asint in the cargo hold. He'll unload Merlador's shipment for you."

If Nidril Tadare is dead:

"Let me see that note. That restless elf! We've been nothing but dependable in the past, and now he wants to cut us out? Listen, we were due to receive half the payment upon delivery. We aren't just handing the cargo over after all the trouble we've been through. If you want it, you'll need to help us with the Elfmaid's repairs."

"Merlador's shipment is safe and sound, down in the hold. If you want it, you'd better get our repair problems sorted out."

"The fabric shipment is in the hold, below deck. Asint will hand it over to you."
