Kothol is a wolves' den near a frozen lake.
To find this place, seek the frozen lake in the mountains west of Hendor-Stardumz. Walk north from the edge of the lake and you will find Kothol's entrance on your left. The wolves themselves are hungry and - given the remains - maneaters. A small pond in the west hosts Slaughterfish. Being an animal cave there is little to take here other than hides, scales and Stinkhorn. A hard-to-spot chamber to the north does conceal a recently dead body (and his valuables) however.
