Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Emelia Vicici about Wayrest painter.
2. Talk to Neel Gymont about the painting for Emelia Vicici.
3. Deliver to the painter 5 samples of Bittergreen Petals, 5 samples of Hypha Facia, 3 samples of Scrib Jelly, and 1 sample of Fire Salts.
4. Bring 5 Fine Glass Bowls to the artist.
5. Find the new skooma dealer for Neel Gymont.
   • Talk with anyone (multiple people if needed) in the poorer areas of Old Ebonheart who isn't a guard about a new dealer.
   • Speak with Dar'Hejo at the Old Ebonheart docks about a new dealer and report the news to Neel Gymont.
   • Return to Emelia Vicici and talk about Wayrest painter for the reward.
6. (Alternatively) Report Neel Gymont to the guards.
7. Speak with Imperial officer about Wayrest painter again.
8. Return to Emelia Vicici and talk about Wayrest painter to conclude the quest with no reward.

5		A Wayrest painter called Neel Gymont recently set up in town. He came all the way from High Rock as part of the royal entourage. One of the Imperial guards, Emelia Vicici, is apparently trying to commission a painting from him.
10		Emelia Vicici, an Imperial officer stationed in Old Ebonheart, has asked me to commission a portrait of her from Neel Gymont, the Wayrest painter in town.
20		Neel Gymont wants me to fetch him some ingredients and has given me a list.
30		Neel Gymont now wants me to bring him five bowls for mixing the ingredients. He specifically wanted purple glass bowls.
40		I have delivered bowls to Neel Gymont as asked.
50		Neel Gymont claims he can't paint without some skooma. He wants me to find him a new dealer. I should either make some inquiries or inform the guards about this.
55		I have heard a rumor of a new skooma dealer in town named Dar'Hejo. I'm told he can be found on Old Ebonheart's docks.
60		Dar'Hejo has agreed to deal with Neel Gymont.
70		I have done all that Neel Gymont has asked, and he has agreed to finish the portrait for Emelia Vicici.
100	Finishes quest	Emelia Vicici expressed her gratitude for helping her contract a painter.
150	Finishes quest	Neel Gymont is dead.
170		I have informed the guards that Neel Gymont is trying to find a skooma dealer. He will be in all likelihood arrested. I should tell Emelia Vicici the news.
200	Finishes quest	Emelia Vicici was unhappy to hear that she won't be getting her painting.
