Garnos Otheril

Garnos Otheril is a Dark Elf drillmaster and Lawman of House Telvanni who lives in the barracks of Alt Bosara. He is an expert trainer in Athletics, Block and Long Blade making him the best Block trainer on the mainland. He is the guard captain for Alt Bosara, and he will ask you to retrieve an overdue report from a waystation nearby the town.

For armor, he wears a Telvanni guard shield, a Telvanni cephalopod cuirass, greaves, pair of boots, pair of gauntlets, and pair of pauldrons. For clothing, he wears a pair of common pants. He wields an ebony longsword, and carries a chitin short bow and 50 iron arrows.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

The trainings I give are mainly focused on improving endurance; I make the guards patrol up and down the steps in Alt Bosara for five hours a day, and once a week we patrol the area around Alt Bosara. My guards are now skilled enough to march hours on end without fatiguing. I believe having strong endurance is key in a mountainous region like this."
