Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lorus Avius and he will ask you to find Merro Galvix who went looking for a cargo of Flin in Tel Mothrivra.
2. You can ask around Tel Mothrivra but they'll just tell you he's gone and won't direct you where. You can find him in Adurin-Ouaka south-southwest of Tel Mothrivra or east of Helnim along the west bank of Lake Boethiath near Boethian Falls.
3. Talk to Merro in the Andalas Tradehouse and he'll send you to find a missing cargo of flin.
4. Ask the locals about the flin and they'll direct you to the suspiciously drunk, Dreynis Teran in town.
5. Dreynis will direct you to Vilyn Avani who will deny any accusation.
6. Ask the locals again and they'll say they've seen Vilyn sneaking around at night.
7. Wait near Vilyn's shack till about 10pm and follow him. Don't be seen.
8. He'll eventually lead you to a barrel with 8 bottles of flin.
9. Report to Merro Galvix to receive your reward.

5		Lorus Avius asked me to find Merro Galvix, an East Empire Company agent who was sent to find a missing ship. He suggested I look first in Tel Mothrivra, and then in the nearby villages.
6		Someone in Tel Mothrivra told me that Merro was there last week, but that he has since left.
7		Someone in Adurin-Ouaka told me that Merro Galvix is in the Andalas Tradehouse.
10		I met the Imperial Merro Galvix in Adurin-Ouaka. He asked for my help in locating a missing cargo of Flin, which he believes has been stolen by one of the local residents. I must locate and retrieve at least six bottles of Flin.
20		I was told that Dreynis Teran has been drunk a lot recently. I should find out where he is getting his drinks from.
30		Dreynis asked me to get him a drink. Maybe if I do this he will tell me where he's been getting his Flin.
40		Dreynis told me that Vilyn Avani has been selling Flin. I should investigate this.
50		Vilyn Avani denied stealing the Flin and refused to say anything more. Perhaps I should ask around?
52		I was told Vilyn Avani has been seen sneaking around at night. If I follow him he may lead me to the stolen Flin.
55		Vilyn Avani has caught me following him. Perhaps I should try again tomorrow night?
60		I have found the cargo of Flin that Merro Galvix was searching for.
70		I followed Vilyn Avani and discovered his hiding place. I should return at least six bottles of Flin to Merro Galvix.
80	Finishes quest	Merro Galvix thanked me for returning the stolen Flin, but was disappointed that I was unable to find the thief.
90	Finishes quest	Merro Galvix thanked me for returning the stolen Flin, but was disappointed that I had killed Vilyn Avani.
100	Finishes quest	Merro Galvix thanked me for returning the stolen Flin and handling the situation well. He invited me to visit him at the East Empire Company's headquarters in Helnim.
105	Finishes quest	Lorus thanked me for helping Merro.
