Dro'jorr is a Khajiit noble who can be found on the ground floor of the Elsweyr Mission at the Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. He is an advisor to Prince Ji'Morashu-ri and shares ambassadorial duties with him, and can tell you a bit about the cities and culture of Elsweyr. Lately however, he is worried about the Prince's missing brother, S'Khar-ra, and will ask you to help find him.
He wears a common robe, an extravagant shirt, and a pair of exquisite pants.
Like all Khajiit, he can see well in the dark and can demoralize others for short periods, but otherwise knows no spells.

Miscellaneous[edit]
- The Prince of Rats: Return an ambassador to his embassy.
Dialogue[edit]
- Greeting:
- "What can Ambassador %Name do for you, %PCName?"
- "Anequina, or as it's known to us Khajiit, Ne Quin-al, is the dry northern region of Elsweyr. The region is dominated by vast deserts and harsh badlands. Though technically a kingdom, the real power lies with the various tribal chiefs."
- Background:
- "%Name is the advisor to Prince Ji'Morashu-ri. Since his birth, %Name has been there to share his wisdom and keep the young prince's temper in check. %Name, by virtue of being the prince's advisor, came with him to Morrowind and is sharing ambassadorial duties with the prince and his brother, S'Khar-ra."
- Elsweyr:
- "Elsweyr is the homeland of the Khajiit. It's a geographically diverse region with sandy badlands in the north and lush tropics in the south. Officially, Elsweyr is a confederacy between the kingdoms of Anequina and Pellitine with the Mane as the head of state and spiritual leader."
- "House Hlaalu keep many Suthay-raht like %Name as slaves on their plantations and in their mines. We at the Elsweyr Mission try to leverage our power to negotiate for the release of our Khajiit brethren through diplomatic means. So far, we've made little progress, but %Name has not given up hope yet. %Name can not say the same for Prince Ji'Morashu-ri."
- Khajiit:
- "Khajiit hail from the province of Elsweyr. Though there are many different kinds of Khajiit, due to the slave trade, there are primarily Suthay-raht like %Name here in Morrowind. %Name could go on and on about all the different types, but %Name thinks a book would be better able to inform you about this topic."
- Mane:
- "The Mane is the ruler of Elsweyr and spiritual leader of the Khajiit people. Because only one Mane can be alive at any one time, he is the only one of his kind. A new Mane is only born under a rare alignment of Masser and Secunda. It is believed that after a Mane dies, they are reincarnated into a new body."
- Pellitine:
- "Pellitine, or as we Khajiit refer to it, Pa'alatiin, is the tropical southern region of Elsweyr. The region is dominated by the Tenmar jungle where moon sugar is grown on vast plantations. The capital and seat of the Mane, Torval, also resides in this region."
The Prince of Rats[edit]
- Greetings:
- "Greetings, %PCName. %Name welcomes you to the Elsweyr Mission. Please forgive Prince Ji'Morashu-ri's temper. He is terribly worried about his brother S'Khar-ra. Is there something Ambassador %Name can do for you?"
- (If you are a Khajiit):
- "Greetings, %PCName. It is always nice to see a fellow %PCRace visit the Elsweyr Mission. Please forgive Prince Ji'Morashu-ri's temper. He is terribly worried about his brother S'Khar-ra. Is there something Ambassador %Name can do for you?"
- S'Khar-ra:
- "S'Khar-ra is Prince Ji'Morashu-ri's older brother. Not long ago, he was snatched by a Dunmer right from under our noses. %Name suspects that House Hlaalu is to blame. We've had trouble negotiating with them and %Name would not put it past them to take Prince S'Khar-ra hostage to gain leverage."
- "We are grateful for your help, %PCName."
- (If S'Khar-ra is dead):
- "Please, %PCName, don't rub salt on my wounds. What a tragedy!"
