Brallus Mele

Brallus Mele is an Imperial commoner who can be found at the bar in The Salty Futtocks in Old Ebonheart. He is a drunk patron who is looking for a fight, although he can be appeased by buying a drink for him. If you kill him during a brawl, the publican of The Salty Futtocks, Jodald, won't judge you harshly for it.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, and gloves.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
