SkyrimTAG:Moving
Players can either move at the same time or in any order they wish. Each Player Figure can move up to 4 spaces by following roads on the game board. In some occasions, items and effects can be acquired that can increase or decrease the number of spaces that players can move.
Horses[edit]
Horses can be bought at the Market, or obtained through certain Events or Quests, and will increase the maximum player movement by 1 space. There are also 3 unique horses:
- Nightwind - Increases movement distance by 2, obtained during My Little Stallion.
- Daedric HorseFtA - Allows travelling via Tombs, obtained through A Shadow in the Night.
- Dwemer HorseFtA - Allows travelling via Dwemer Cities, obtained through The Living Statue.
Carriages[edit]
Alternatively, the players may take a carriage from one Stronghold to another. The system for this is the following:
- Consider each hold a space on the board
- Pay 1 Septim for each space (in this case Hold) you move
For example, from Whiterun to Dawnstar will cost 1 Septim. However, moving from Solitude to Riften will cost 3 Septims as these locations are not adjacent, so you will move through Hjaalmarch, Whiterun and The Rift to reach your destination.
