Ore Lore

Does anyone know what madness ore (or armour) actually is? I tried to find a lore page but it doesn't seem to exist (yet at least). Is it just an abstract concept(congealed insanity?)? A more mundane (as in normal, not mundus) thing that is common in the shivering isles/ causes insanity? These all sound like ingredients to me. It may be a long-shot guess, but it just seems like they are collections of madness energy. I really don't know what else it could be other than that or just some weird creation by Sheogorath. –Elliot ^talk 09:56, 14 December 2009 (UTC)

Stop me if I am not right... but I think I have heard somewhere that the madness ore actually is the souls of earlier inhabitants of the shivering isles. Have someone else heard this before? -Goblin lair 18:13, 14 December 2009

Deposits Misisng

There are Ore Deposits in at least one other ruin: Knotbone Chamber. There are two in Knotbone Juncture and one in Knotbone Pipes. I'm not sure if this page is supposed to include all the deposits or not, but if it is, there is at least one location missing Mjolnir (talk) 04:47, 20 March 2025 (UTC)
