Egrien Stout

Stout's Trading Post is an area tucked into a corner of the mountains just on the Hammerfell side of the border with both High Rock and Skyrim. From here, Ghast's Pass, Glacier Crawl, and the Crypt of Hearts can be reached.

Despite the name of the zone, Stout's Trading Post itself is a minor location tucked away in the northwest. Egrien Stout will trade Armor, Consumables and Weapons, with prices being reduced by 20% if the Broken Wing Cameo quest has been completed.

Up a rocky slope just to the west of the entrance to the Crypt of Hearts is a telporter. It takes the player to the otherwise sealed-off area in the center of the map in which can be found a chest containing the Shadow Band. "Inside is a gossamer thin wrap of darkness to wrap your arms, the Shadow Band."

If the quest Tanyin Prisoner Free has been completed, Old Trinket will be found standing outside the entrance to the Crypt of Hearts. He will offer some tips on improving defensive skills, leading to a potential two-point increase in the Defense attribute.
