Colleen can be found in Dragonstar West and is the head of the Mages Guild. She will sign you up to the guild for a fee of 750 gold.

- "I am Colleen, Mage Guildmaster Pro-Term, until the war settles down. Are you interested in joining the Mages' Guild?"

- Yes, absolutely.
- "There is a one-time fee of 750 gold. Membership is for life... longer in a few exceptional cases."

Once you have joined:
- "Splendid! Eranthos downstairs has spells for sales, and can train you for a reduced price. I am sure you will enjoy the stature and privileges that come with being a member of Dragonstar's preeminent guild."
