Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Gerius Siralus in the Chapel of the West Wind in Charach about works and assist the cult.
2. Talk to Hakit about assist the cult and find Santaral Osi.
3. Travel Santaral Osi's hut on the White Reef Isles and speak to him.
4. Slay the sturgeon, Jodim, in the waters west of the hut.
5. Speak to Santaral once more.
6. Return to Hakit.
7. Speak to Gerius.

Detailed Walkthrough

Charach's temple, the Chapel of the West Wind, dominates the town skyline. Inside, you will find Gerius Siralus, an elderly member of the Itinerant Priests. Provided that you are also a member, he will ask you to assist one of the chapel's monks, Hakit, in her concerns about an elderly fisherman.

Hakit is in the same room as Gerius. Speak to her. She wants you to do a wellbeing check on Santaral Osi, an elderly fisherman and resident of the White Reef Isles - an archipelago to the east of Stirk. There's not really a quick way to these, so you'll need to waterwalk or swim. The island in question is one of the most northern in the chain, with Santaral's lonely hut standing upon it.

On arrival on the island, you'll find Santaral standing outside his hut. He is thirsty - prevented from restocking on fresh water by a most persecutive sturgeon named Jodim, which he believes may have been sent by Sep to punish him.

This avenging fish swims the waters just a few steps to the west of Santaral's hut. Enter them and slay it. Speak then to Santaral and he will gratefully furnish you with some of his fish - specifically, one piece each of Sturgeon Meat, Cod and Trout Meat.

Return to Hakit in Charach and inform her of Santaral's continued survival. She'll give you 2x Potions of Water Breathing in thanks. Finally, conclude the quest by speaking to Gerius.

10		Gerius Siralus told me it is our duty as Itinerant Priests to assist the Cult of the Winds in any way we can. He suggested I start by talking to Hakit, a warrior monk in service to the Cult.
20		Hakit asked me to find Santaral Osi, a fisherman who stopped coming to town lately. He lives alone on the northernmost of the White Reef Isles, which are located directly to the east of Stirk.
30		Santaral told me that all this time, an unusually aggressive sturgeon named Jodim had been preventing him from sailing to Charach. He said the fish usually swims near his house, and asked me to kill it.
50		Santaral thanked me for killing Jodim and gave me some fish as a reward.
60		I reported back to Hakit and she rewarded me with two water breathing potions.
100	Finishes quest	Gerius Siralus commended me for the assistance that I provided to Hakit and to the Cult of the Winds.
200	Finishes quest	I told Gerius Siralus that Hakit was dead.
300	Finishes quest	I told Gerius Siralus that Santaral Osi was dead.
