Medina Talgiana is an Imperial Noble and the owner of Talgiana Orchard and its surrounding lands. She is the latest of a long line of Talgianas to own the area, although she devolves much of the day-to-day work to Vulpin Gavach.
Medina is involved in two quests - firstly in Murder on the Crossroads as a suspect in the murder of Arahn Kimoi, whom she despised, and secondly as a witness in Taking Care of Taxes, where she attests to the honesty of her employee, Sleeps-in-Grass', account.
