Bucynarel is a High Elf Savant and the head of an Imperial Archaeological Society expedition into the ruin of Garlas Agea. She can be initially found at the bottom of the long central shaft of the Cita area, but will move to the Malatu Mallari section after completion of Into Ugly Obscurity.
