Whinnie is a unique white horse that is owned by Endaraste. Endaraste is leaving Phaer due to the sickness, and taking Whinnie with her. The pair can later be found outside of Skywatch, being denied access to the city out of fear that the Phaer refugees might be carrying the plague.

- Whinnie is an Imperial Horse in its first appearance outside Phaer, and becomes a Sorrel Horse outside Skywatch.
- Whinnie lacks a nameplate when seen outside of Skywatch.
