Wanderer reduces the gold cost of Wayshrines usage by up to 50%. This is pretty handy as gold is an important ressource and wayshrine usage gets quite costly if you teleport often. Remember that teleporting from one wayshrine to another costs no gold, same with teleporting to a player and a house you own.
