	The last doddering Elves of venerable House Numralion of Alinor don't even remember that their city mansion features an old wine cellar, let alone realize that it's been taken over and repurposed by the city's criminal element.

Entrance to the Outlaws Refuge in Alinor

The Alinor Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge hidden beneath Alinor. The refuge can be entered through a door found in a dark alley west of the Golden Gryphon inn. This entrance leads to the refuge's upper level. Another entrance is located on the outskirts, to the northwest of the city and northeast of the Gladiator's Quarters. This entrance is in the lower level of the refuge.

Interior

The Refuge has two floors. Both fences, Fenanaral and Itnette can be found on the top floor, while the other residents are on the bottom floor. A cooking fire is also available on the top floor. Amelie Crowe can be found standing in the doorway to the balcony upstairs. Remains-Silent is leaning against a board covered in wanted posters in the hallway upstairs.
