Varafalmil is a High Elf resident of Firsthold. Before completing the local objective, he is found outside the western gate of the city, mending Fistalime's wounds.
Varafalmil's corpse can be found laying by the lake north of the Mages Guildhall after Sever All Ties has been completed.
