Uranyon is a High Elf chef who can be found at his booth at Sarandel's Carnival, by the road from Haven to Elden Root.

Dialogue

When spoken to prior to starting the quest, he says:

"I brought enough food for an army but without the performers bringing in the crowds I'm worried it's all going to spoil."

While helping the performers:

"I hear you are giving a hand to the performers. That is great news, maybe my stock won't spoil after all."

When spoken to after completing the quest, he says:

"Thank you for your help with the carnival! The customers are starting to stream on through."
