"S'rashi? I don't want trouble with the Midnight Union.
Take the money. Tell S'rashi I—I didn't know. I'm sorry for the confusion."

I'm not leaving without what I'm owed.

"You've got more stones than I gave you credit for. I like that.

If you are unable to persuade him and go for the lockbox, as soon as you remove the Louis' Debt from the box, he'll order one of his thugs to attack:
