Thugnarz is an Orc vampire who can be found in Gonfalon Bay. She can be found listening to the preaching of Lolethys Velas in front of the Temple of the Winds.

Speaking to Thugnarz will have her express her criminal goals:
- "Keep moving, stranger. There's a lot of full pockets in this place and I plan to lighten them. Don't need anyone drawing attention to me."
- "What are you looking at? I don't have any work, if that's what you're wondering. I operate on my own and if you were smart, you'd do the same."
- "If you're looking to make good coin here, your best bet is stealing from the nobles. Knocks 'em down a few pegs, too."
