He sends forth a wave of fire, as shown by a moving rectangular area of effect.

Ring of Fire

He rubs the torches together and spins, creating a lingering pool of fire around him.

Dialogue

When you engage him in combat, he will exclaim:

The Charred Prince: "Let the city be cleansed in flames!"
