Tendrils will spawn during combat throughout the dungeon once the party defeats one of secret bosses and gains the Abyssal Knowing buff in Coral Aerie. They will occasionally hit enemies nearby, and can be moved to a different spot by aiming there and using Atemporal Command synergy they provide.^{[verification needed — Are they Nocturnal Creepers?]}
