Syloria Rullus is an Imperial who can be found walking into the Skingrad cemetery and grieving at one of the graves.

As she walks into the cemetery, you may hear her say:

Syloria Rullus: "Oh, my love, how I miss you."

Once she is front of the grave, she will lament:

Syloria Rullus: "You were taken much too soon."

She also may occasionally sing Skingrad Widow's Lament at the grave.
