Shaman Yarnag

Shaman Yarnag is an Orc member of the Drublog Clan. He acts as the spiritual leader of the group living in the Bloodtoil Valley. He is found in the Shrine of Mauloch next to Ulagash's body, who he slew.

Skills and Abilities

Ice Arrow

A basic ranged attack that does minor frost damage.

Summon Burdening Eye

The enemy summons a Burdening Eye that moves toward the player.

Stare

If the Burdening Eye touches the player, it explodes, temporarily rooting the player in place and doing moderate magical damage.

Spell Absorption

The enemy channels a shield on an ally that greatly reduces magical damage taken. This spell can be interrupted to knock the enemy off balance.

Quest-Related Events

Enter the Shrine of Mauloch and you'll find you are too late to save Ulagash.

Upon starting combat, Yarnag imediatedly mocks you:

Shaman Yarnag: "You're too late! Ulagash was weak! Unworthy in the eyes of Mauloch!"

During combat, he says:

Shaman Yarnag: "Ulagash's blood is on your hands, whelp!"

Shaman Yarnag: "We will hold a massacre in Mauloch's honor!"

• Shaman Yarnag doesn't give exp or loot when defeated initially.
  • He respawns after a short time if you remain in the cave and will give exp and loot if killed another time.
