Sanzagh is a Senche-raht Khajiit found outside Rimmen. When you first meet him, he'll be ready to make a meal of Gordon the Guar.

"Everything that moves belongs to Sanzagh. Especially when he's hungry. Tell Hadamnargo that if he has a problem with that, Sanzagh can eat his precious horse instead."

[Persuade] You don't want to eat this guar. His name is Gordon.

"How did you know that Sanzagh is uncomfortable eating things with first names? Sanzagh will find his dinner somewhere else.
Now that you mention it, he does look like a Gordon."

"You make a fair point. Sanzagh is hungry, but not hungry enough to spend the next three weeks picking scales from his teeth.
Sanzagh will find something else to eat."

"Almost anything is better than a depressed reptile. Try searching for wild game in the traps hunters leave in the hills west of here.
And hurry. Sanzagh is hungry enough to have this lizard as an appetizer."

Speaking to him again after offering to bring him something else:

"Bring back game from the traps in the hills west of here. The longer you take, the better this lizard looks."

Returning with the wild game:

"You smell much better than before, walker. Did you bring something good for Sanzagh?"

I brought you fresh game from a hunter's trap.

"Not bad, walker. Sanzagh would much rather eat these tasty treats than that scaly beast.
You're free to go, lizard. Waddle back to your master before Sanzagh changes his mind."

If you speak to him again after freeing Gordon, he'll tell you:

"Tell Hadamnargo that the only reason his lizard continues to breathe is because Sanzagh allows it. And remind him that these fields still belong to me."

After you leave him, he'll later show up at the entrance to Rimmen on the wall across from the Rimmen Stables.
