Runid

Runid is a Redguard found in the city of Hallin's Stand. He is one of the few men still loyal to Dhakir at-Nimr, the captain of the City Guard. he can be found in his house during the related quest. Once The Shifting Sands of Fate is complete, he can be found on the roof of The Drowsy Owl wooing Nienras.

While looking for information on the traitor of Hallin's Stand, he can be found in his house praying:

"You don't look like one of the Seventh Legion. Why have you come?"

What do you know about the traitor to Hallin's Stand?

"He's in hiding, the rat. He is named Maradem.
You'll have to find a way to lure him out into the open if you wish to find him."

Where can I find him?

If you're speaking to him before Nahsirih:	If you're talking to him after Nahsirih:
"I'm not sure where he is now. If I knew that, I'd be after him myself, wouldn't I?"	"I saw him at the tavern a few times, the Snakeskin Suds. Check there. Someone there's bound to know something."

If you speak to him again, he says:

"I may have little time left before the Imperials find me. Let me pray in peace."

After Hallin's Stand is liberated, he'll try to hint that you're cramping his style.

"I appreciated your intervention earlier, but I am sure this conquest can be made without your help."
