Professor Astalwen is a High Elf mage and faculty member of the Illumination Academy found in her quarters in the Faculty Hall.
She has been afflicted by the magic Erudil unleashed and will cower when approached, although she will still defend herself if attacked. Astalwen has no unique dialogue and cannot be spoken to.
After the enchantment is shut down, she returns to her more stable self, as she is found reading in her chambers.
