Pellitine Dragon Hunter and its preceding achievements are awarded for taking part in battles with Dragons in Southern Elsweyr. Any amount of participation is enough to qualify, so any damage you do to the dragon or its minions, or healing the other players, all of it will count. (You may not receive much—or possibly any—loot from the battle if your contribution is too small compared to the other players present, but you will still earn credit towards these achievements.)
