Mehz the Cozener

Mehz the Cozener is a Skaafin accidentally summoned at Dubdil Alar Tower. He only appears after several waves of Skaafin have been defeated.

Skills and Abilities

Before Mehz the Cozener arrives you must defeat a wave of Skaafin enemies, then he enters the battle with a large wave of fellow Skaafin. Once this group of adds is slain, no more will be summoned for the rest of the fight.

Rending Slash

A basic melee attack dealing moderate physical damage.

Slash

A basic double-hitting melee attack dealing moderate physical damage each.

Burning

Mehz infuses his claws with fire and swipes forward four times, each time dealing low flame damage in a cone.

Sacrifice the Pawn

Mehz lifts one of the nearby Skaafin in the air and uses their life energy to release a high amount of fire waves in all directions, indicated by traveling circular AoEs, dealing low magic damage each. Killing the selected Skaafin stops this ability.

Achievements

There are two achievements associated with this character:

	Cheater Defeater	10	Defeat the Skaafin, Mehz the Cozener at Dubdil Alar Tower and seal the rift to Oblivion.
	Loop Eradicator	5	Save Dubdil Alar from the consequences of his temporal experiments.

• You do not get the loot from Mehz directly, instead the loot is in a daedric chest appearing after Dubdil Alar has been saved (or not).
