"I've heard people saying Vastyr's such a gloomy city. I say it's only as gloomy as we let it be!"

"My friend mistook me for a practice dummy once. So I keep to this side of the guild hall now."

After the events of The Siege of Vastyr, he will be depressed:

"All those people in the cathedral … I just can't believe it."

"I suppose I understand why people think Vastyr is such a gloomy city now."

After the events of Guardian of Y'ffelon, he will be optimistic:

"You! You're the talk of the guild hall! Welcome!"

"I knew someone could turn this city around! Vastyr's got a bright future, I'm sure of it!"
