When you reach the courtyard to meet Commander Merian, you will find Legionary Rogano and Legionary Catius guarding the door:
- "Follow the commander's orders. He's gotten us out of worse situations than this."
Before you engage the intruders who breach the barricades:
- "The smell of burning oil from the barricade makes me feel safe. Odd, huh?
Go chase down those Daedra with Tribune Alea. We're all set here."
