Jarl Olfwenn's Hall is the home of the Karthald's Jarl in Karthwatch. The hall has multiple floors and a cellar. Like the rest of the town, it was hit by the Harrowstorm unleashed by the Icereach Coven. Outside the hall, you can find a copy of On Harrowstorms.
While helping Svana warn the Holds, you will need to head to the Hall to search for survivors.
