This long abandoned, crumbling tower appears to be an old outwork of the Daggerfall defenses.

Ilessan Tower

Ilessan Tower is a ruin just west of the Baelborne Rock Wayshrine and east of Daggerfall in Glenumbra containing Red Rook bandits.

There's a treasure chest behind Gaetane. Watch out for the highly missable narrow passages (one from either direction) to a secret cave containing harpies, a skyshard and a couple of other treasure chests which could easily be overlooked.
