Little Leaf has asked me to find her friend, Regent Cassipia, in Dragonstar. She claims that the two of them are working from the inside to stop the Scaled Court.

Little Leaf asks you to do a favor for her after assisting her during the quest The Serpent's Fang.

"Regent Cassipia went to Dragonstar to deal with another part of the Serpent's plan she doesn't want to see come to fruition. I know that she's a powerful regent and all, but I'm worried about her. Could you go to Dragonstar and see if she needs any help?"

I'll go to Dragonstar and look for Regent Cassipia.

Dragonstar is in the northwest corner of Craglorn. Regent Cassipia is not actually in the city; she is standing on a small cliff near the Dragonstar Wayshrine.

"Wait, I'm not your enemy. I need your help. If we work together we can put an end to the Serpent's threat once and for all. Should I continue?"

Little Leaf sent me to find you. Please continue.

"Little Leaf sent you? Then I assume all is well with my dearest companion? Since you did as Little Leaf asked, I can only hope you shall grant me the same courtesy."

She gives you a very small amount of gold for completing Little Leaf's request and will begin the quest Slithering Brood.

Notes

• If you complete the two quests in reverse order, you will instead be given the quest A Leaf in the Wind to point you towards Little Leaf.
  • Since Craglorn quest progress was reset after the zone was overhauled in One Tamriel, it technically became possible to complete both these quests on a single character.
  • If you start the quest for Regent Cassipia prior to finishing the quest for Little Leaf or vice versa, neither A Leaf in the Wind nor Holding Court will be attainable.
