Harp is one of the vampire Jaruk's feline companions, and can be found in Wittestadr. Harp, alongside Cello, provided Jaruk with the bags full of cat urine that you throw at the hunters if you choose to side with Valeric during the related quest. Harp is sitting on top of one of the tables on the first floor of Valeric's Manor.
