The enemy channels a shield on an ally that greatly reduces magical damage taken. This spell can be interrupted to knock the enemy off balance.

Guard Belic: "Can you believe it? The officers won't tell us a thing. We're not even allowed in the city!"

Guard Lynie: "If you have a problem, go talk to Captain Khala. I saw her giving that new transfer a piece of her mind."

Guard Belic: "I saw that. She dragged the poor guy into the officers' quarters and I haven't seen either of them since."
