The Grotto of Depravity

The Grotto of Depravity is a cave in southern Coldharbour, southwest of the Hollow City containing Daedra.

Inside the grotto

Nerazakan can be found in the upper chamber to the east. The Daedra inside are in a constant state of partying, while soul-shriven minstrels and dancers are forced to provide entertainment for them.
